10 days International Sushi Chef Course

The course will intensively cover both sushi and washoku (Japanese cuisine) over 10days!

Edomae Nigiri training (Salmon/Aji/Hamachi/Akagai/Saba/Tamago/Ebi etc.)
Rolled Sushi training (Thin-roll/ Two-layers roll/ Three-layers roll etc.)
Gunkan Sushi training (Negitoro/Tataki/Tobiko/Spicy Salmon etc.)
Vegetable-cutting
Sashimi preparation/ Slicing techniques
Sushi Platter Making Presentation Day

Basics of Dashi; Miso soup; Chawanmushi
Grilled foods; Fish/Chicken Teriyaki, Saikyoyaki, Buri Kamayaki etc.
Aji and Saba Sashimi Mori, Tataki, Tsumire, Tsukune
Tempura, Karaage, Aji fry, Tonkatsu
Oyako Don, Barachirashi Don
Soba Noodle
Takikomi Gohan (Seasoned rice)
Atsuyaki Tamago (Egg Thick Omelette)

  • -Applicants must be at least 18 years of age

    -No professional experience required
