Gain insight into the soul of Japan and spread joy through sushi.
In the past few years, the number of Japanese restaurants has doubled, and should continue increasing in the future. Tokyo Sushi Academy (TSA) began offering courses in 2002. Our aim is to train sushi chefs and others committed to promoting Japanese food culture, and to spread joy by increasing the global availability and value of Japanese cuisine. We hope that, after completing our 200-hour intensive course, our graduates will contribute to the development of food culture around the world.
Remember. Our instructors are professionals with over 30 years of experience in their field. They are generously teaching you their skills and way of thinking.
Be sure to follow their instructions carefully.
Handling sushi requires extensive hygiene knowledge and experience. This is not something that can be learned from a book or the web. Gain a thorough understanding through our practical lessons.
