Hiro Tsumoto (Mr.)

An instructor with a track record of over 15 years as a Sushi/Japanese chef in Las Vegas, USA, Chef Hiro Tsumoto joined the Tokyo Sushi Academy instructor team in 2016.

Hiro is an exceptional chef who also has experience in architectural design (including restaurant design). His motto is that creativity is essential in cooking,as elsewhere.

Yoshi Otani (Mr.)

Engaged in establishing over 150 Sushi stores and training more than 1,000 employees in US.

Yoshi’s Message to students:

I realized Japanese cuisine is really wonderful. As I spent much time in foreign countries, I had lots of chances to consider about Japanese cuisine’s magnificence and profoundness. I focus on my approach of teaching students according to each student’s characters.  There is no time like the present. Anyway, let’s try than be worried.
